Delete the person's account in the app, for good

DELETE
/v1/apps/{app}/me

Deletes their records, past versions and files. From then on their pushes, pulls, uploads and new sign-ins answer 403 account_deleted. Repeating the deletion after a failure partway finishes it.

Upload a file (PUT /v1/apps/{app}/files/{sha256}) in the SyncPilled API. Accepts a SyncPilled token from the app's sign-in.

Export the person's current records (GET /v1/apps/{app}/me/export) in the SyncPilled API. Accepts a SyncPilled token from the app's sign-in.
